Terms of Service

Agreement

By using ViewFlip (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use ViewFlip on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. Early-access and founding-cohort features may change without notice.

The marketplace

ViewFlip connects talent (creative professionals) with employers through short video intros, profiles, job posts, and discovery feeds. ViewFlip is a platform, not an employer of talent listed on the Service and not a party to any hiring decision. AI may rank and recommend; humans decide. We do not auto-reject candidates.

Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration and profile information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Employers must have authority to post roles and process candidate data lawfully.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least the age required for employment listings you engage with).

Video content & license

You retain ownership of videos, text, and other content you upload. You grant ViewFlip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, transcribe, moderate, display, and promote that content as needed to operate the Service — including public profiles, employer feeds, thumbnails, and captions according to your visibility settings.

You represent that you have the rights to the likeness, voice, music, and third-party materials in your uploads, and that your content is not illegal, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or privacy-violating. We may remove or restrict content and suspend accounts for violations or safety risk.

AI ranking & no auto-reject

The Service uses automated ranking and recommendation to order discovery. Ranking is not a hiring decision and does not constitute an automated rejection. Employers remain solely responsible for evaluation and selection. You agree not to reverse-engineer ranking weights or manipulate engagement signals in bad faith (e.g. fake watch farms).

Visibility, indexing & Person schema

Talent may choose Public, Unlisted, or Platform-only visibility. Public profiles may be crawlable by search engines and may emit structured data (e.g. Schema.org Person) to aid discoverability. You are responsible for what you publish and for links you place in third-party bios. ViewFlip does not guarantee search rankings or that "Google your name" will surface your profile.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of ranking / rate limits.
• No spam, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of identity, skills, or openings.
• No use of protected characteristics as filters or ranking features in violation of applicable equal-employment laws.
• No illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or credible threats.
• No harvesting candidate data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and consent where required.

Paid plans

Pricing shown on ViewFlip may be demo or early-access rates. Paid features (when enabled) are billed per the plan you select; taxes and third-party fees may apply. Refunds, if any, are described at purchase time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free ranking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewFlip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using ViewFlip at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or to protect users. Provisions that by nature should survive (licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination. Data requests after termination follow our Privacy Policy (DSR).
