Our promise
ViewFlip ranks and recommends; humans decide who to hire. We never auto-reject candidates. Protected characteristics are never used as ranking features. AI may assist discovery and moderation pre-screens; people make enforcement and hire calls.
Live snapshot
Live from repositoryAbsolute inventory only — published talent, open jobs, markets, and ready intros. No conversion, response, or save rates appear in this section (A14 demo-safe).
Published talent profiles
108
Published & active/limited accounts (absolute count)
Public profiles indexed
103
Public visibility only; unlisted never listed here
Open jobs
2
Published public job postings (absolute count)
Markets (distinct cities)
15
Distinct cities across published talent and open jobs
Ready intro videos
108
Intro videos in ready status for published talent
Outcome rates (methodology)
Stub until N ≥ kRate metrics ship only when founding-cohort volume clears k-suppression. Until then cells stay as placeholders so we never invent outcomes or publish small-n unfair rates.
Intro watch-through (platform)
—
Published when N ≥ k profiles with ready intros
Profile save rate (platform)
—
Saves ÷ impressions, Bayesian-smoothed; suppressed when N < k
Employer response rate
—
Shown only as a rate when employer N ≥ k
Moderation human-review share
—
Share of flagged media resolved by a person
AI recommend opt-in rate
—
Share of published talent with aiVisibility on; rate only when N ≥ k
k-suppression (A10 Part D / A13 B9 / A14)
We publish absolute platform inventory freely, and rates only when underlying N ≥ k. We do not publish small raw employer counts or any rate cell where the underlying N is below k = 10. That protects both talent privacy and employer confidentiality in early markets.
- Live snapshot: absolute counts only (profiles, jobs, markets, ready intros).
- Hire / response / save metrics: rates only, suppressed when N < k.
- Employer-side breakdowns: never show raw headcount under k; roll up or omit.
- City or vertical slices: same rule — rate or omit, never a thin raw table.
Visibility & AI recommend
Talent control four dimensions: public, unlisted, platform-only, and AI visibility (assistants may recommend — default off). Unlisted link previews stay generic unless the person opts into rich cards. Unlisted profiles are noindex for search.
